Bishop Grosjean L. Stephens is the Presiding Bishop and Senior Pastor of Cornerstone of Faith Ministries in Winston-Salem, NC.  Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Bishop Stephens received ministerial credentials from the New Corinth Missionary Baptist Church.  He travels extensively preaching the gospel and is known as “that young preacha who preaches like he’s been preachin’ for thirty years.” He currently serves on the Board of Bishops with the Kingdom Council of Churches (http://www.kingdomcouncilofchurches.org/) under Primate Bishop Myron K. Dawson, and Bishop Stephens presides over the states of Texas and Ohio.

Stephens is also a renowned singer and musician. At age three, he sang in choirs, on local television shows and in hospitals and nursing homes with his grandfather, Rev. C.W. McMurry (Pastor of Rescue Temple COGIC in Greensboro, NC ).  At age eight, his grandfather bought him an organ.  He banged and banged until the Lord anointed him to play skillfully.  His gifts have afforded him opportunities to share the stage with gospel music greats such as:  Deitrick Haddon, Bishop Marvin Winans, Karen Clark-Sheard, Vanessa Bell Armstrong and Waymond Tisdale to name a few.  An Encourager and Praiser by nature, Bishop Grosjean Stephens is also a teacher and facilitator of gospel music workshops across the country.

Because he is extremely passionate about properly setting the atmosphere through praise and worship, Bishop Grosjean Stephens goes out of his way to help others do the same.  A diligent student of God’s Word, Bishop Grosjean Stephens operates in his gifts with transparency, sincerity and under the anointing of The Holy Spirit.
